The project was developed by the Italian Studio Christian Grande, famous for applying a typical attention to detail and raw materials and references to different disciplines: architecture, yacht design and landscape design. Projects related to premium hospitality have a special prominence in the studio's output. The architects have created luxurious "seafront" villas, studying everything down to the smallest detail to satisfy modern needs for relaxation and privacy.
The location is unique on the island. The LAGOON apartments are conveniently located, between an atmosphere of charm and modernity. In fact, they blend harmoniously with the dreamy paradisiacal atmosphere of the Estoril beach, which they overlook and, at the same time, can enjoy the main services of Sal Rei, the most developed city on the island of Boa Vista.
